I can ship any item within the USA. EDP's can only be shipped in the USA.
I can ship perfume oils and samples anywhere in the world-It gets really sticky shipping edp's outside the US since the people at my post office ask many questions now.
Free shipping applies to US only...other countries will receive a seperate invoice for shipping.
